Most roommates are Russian and/or Ukrainian speakers. This cozy little room is located on the 1st floor of the house, gets plenty of sunlight, and comes fully furnished, including with a full size bed, a full wall of closet space and a desk. Rent shown is for one person. Please add 150 for an additional person. All utilities and wi-fi are included. Cats welcome with an additional deposit of 1/2 of a month’s rent. Sorry no dogs.
