Beautiful bedroom in Historic Forest Hills Gardens

Bio: Hello! My name is Aaron and I am a Middle School STEM Teacher that is planning on going away for the summer. I have my room available the full months of July and August to sublet for anyone that needs a place this summer in the city. Please feel free to reach me a by text or call to schedule a visit and discuss the length of your stay. I am very accommodating when it comes to sharing my space and if you need to stay later than August or earlier than July, please let me know and we can arrange for that to happen. I have been living here for 3 years and I absolutely love the location as well as the set-up. Everything in my place that is currently there is free to use at your disposal while I`m gone. All I ask is you respect my space and clean up anything you may use. My room is apart of the first floor of a 3 family home. I have a roommate named Michael (huge Broncos fan) that will be very accommodating while I am backpacking through Japan :) He is a soon-to-be nutritionist and extremely friendly, I`m sure you two will be great friends knowing him. I welcome all people to my lovely room and I will be accessible through messages your whole stay.

A bonus: There is always a parking spot available right in front of the place! Not something you see everyday in New York.

Location: This room can be found in the midst of beautiful and historic Forest Hills Gardens and a block away from the famous Eddy`s Sweet Shop. The E, F, M, R and Q23 are conveniently all within a 15 minute walk. Trader Joes (supermarket) is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the location.
Cross Streets: Ascan Ave and Loubet Street Forest Hills, New York
Manhattan: Taking the E or F, including walking distance to train, will get you to Time Square or Bryant Park in ~35 mins.
Brooklyn: Williamsburg can be reached by the Q54, which a stop is RIGHT OUTSIDE OF MY PLACE, ~20 minutes to get to the heart of Williamsburg.
