2 rooms + small bathroom unit, access to kitchen

I am looking for a new roommate from Feb 1st or Feb 15th.

An apartment where I live has two separate living units (front and back) and one kitchen to share.
The front unit for rent has:
• mid-size living room with kitchenet (with refrigerator, base and top cabinets and micro way)
• separate tiny bedroom
• small bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)
• two build in closets in the hallway
The shared kitchen is in the back unit of the apartment.
Monthly $800 rent covers utilities. I will ask for one-month deposit.
The internet access I usually split with a roommate.
The Apartment is located on the second floor of a private house at 106-11 Union Tpke., Forest Hills.
For commuting there is a Forest Hills subway station with express E and F trains and two local R, M. There is a LIRR stations right next to as well. (Manhattan-West or Long Island – East)
To get to stations itself takes 20 min on foot or 15 min by bus (bus stop 5 min away).
Neighborhood is rather quiet and safe. There are many small restaurants along Metro Ave. and local shopping strip on Austin St.
The person I am looking for should be reasonably quiet, respectful, and neat. I guess standard requirements 😊. In between neighbors we keep no smoking (including weed) and no drugs policy for everywhere indoor and near by the house. That applies to house members and guests as well and it’s a real must of the renting deal.
About myself, my name is Grzegorz, originally from Poland. I keep rather quiet life either working from home or doing outside projects (construction and architecture). When I have more free time I enjoy being outdoors. (On the side note there is a Forest Park across the street with a few walking, running and biking trails). I like to cook so I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen.
