The room is in a well-maintained multi-family home in a quiet residential area of Flushing. Measuring 13’ x 9’, it is a comfortable space with ample natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. The room includes a large double closet, a TV on a slim stand, a mini fridge, and a dresser. Please note that you will need to provide your own bed and frame. A rug is required to muffle sound.

Utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, heating, and electricity (under normal usage) are included in the rent. A washer and dryer are available for an additional cost, and air conditioning usage is also an option at an extra charge.

As with most households with young children, there can be some excitement and activity during the day, so this may be a better fit for someone who is comfortable living in a family home rather than expecting complete quiet at all times. Even so, we are considerate of others and generally keep things calm and settled in the evenings.
