Looking for a roommate

It's a basement apartment, not the biggest, one bedroom, living room, open kitchen and right next to public transportation q74/44, the trains are about a 10 min bus ride away. It's a low crime rate, lots of stuff in the general area, decent amount of parking on Main Street, I would prefer a female because men have taken advantage of the rent situation on me before, a female in my opinion is easy to come a solution with. Myself, I am a very clean person and expect the same, there should be a mutual respect level that is automatically given and given that the roommate is female, I would be nicer to her, a guy would lead to drama that I would rather not deal with, I think roommates should be the opposite sex, but it isn't necessarily a deal breaker, I am a fair person, but like I said, I would set some boundaries and expect them to be followed to the t. Just be clean, both as far as tidy and hygiene the soace is somewhat small but I won't be staying be in the apartment that often, I'm either working or out and about, because bi familiar with the area, I would probably only be there when I have projects to do, and sometimes to sleep, it would basically be your one bedroom for half the regular price. I pretty much need the place for some storage snd sometimes as a crash pad.
