Shared Livingroom

I am looking for one roommate to fill the available medium/large sized bedroom in our 3 BR apartment. The room has a large closet, it is pretty private since it's on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedrooms, and it has the best light in the house. We have a wonderful landlord who provides plenty of heat and monthly extermination, does all major repairs, and pays someone to take out the garbage. We also have 2 bathrooms. Our home is a safe, beautiful, and clean place to live as a foundation for our lives.

Flushing is safe and a foodie paradise with all the amenities you could possibly want within walking distance (doctors, movies, grocey stores etc...). The building is a 3 minute walk from the Murry Hill LIRR stop and a good 10 min walk to the 7 at Main Street. Utilites are about 70$ a month (WiFi, gas, and electric only. Heat is included in rent).

We are both cis gendered people who are travelers. Sebastian is a 23 year old crew member for Delta Airlines at Laguardia airport. I am a 48 year old queer woman who is artist with a job at the NYC Department of Education. We are clean, kind, supportive, and responsible. We are looking for the same qualities in a roommate to add to our queer safe cooperative home.
