Hi my names Matthew I’m 26 years old and I’m looking for a new roomate. I currently live on the 2nd floor of a house and I am trying to renew the lease with someone. I live in a quiet neighborhood near a grocery store, deli, etc. the room that is available is the attic. Shared kitchen and bathroom. There’s always parking on the street. I have a washer and dryer as well as a wine cooler. I currently work as a mailman and am looking for another young professional to room with. The rent for the landlord is $2,400 but split it’s $1,200 WITHOUT electricity and wifi. I pay that separately. Wall A/C in the bedroom and living room. My lease ends this month and I am looking to sign it August 1st if I find a new roomate. Please feel free to contact me for more information!
