This is a 2bedroom apt, w/ large shared bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.

The room is fully equipped with cable, internet, full-size bed, mirror, dressers, shelving, smart tv, and air conditioning. All utility costs are INCLUDED in the monthly rent.

Subway, Buses, and LIRR train is easily accessible (nearest station is Main Street Flushing, Queens).

I would be your only roommate. I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, non disruptive, no drugs, non smoking, and always pays rent on time.

I always maintain a clean and tidy home and expect the same courtesy while living together. Roommates
must clean up after themselves especially in communal spaces. it is just common courstesy. Of course, we would share the household chores, and any cleaning costs, cause fair is fair:)

I am female, working professional within the Events and Hospitality Industry with a background in Interior Design (which you will notice from my apartments decor).

I consider myself to be a friendly, approachable, honest, sweet and considerate person. I love a good laugh. Always open minded and rational when making life decisions. Even though I am easy going, I do have my limits like anyone else. Not into melodrama!

I travel a lot for pleasure and work.
Once home, I stick to my room a lot to relax because i tend to have long days. You will have tons off privacy. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and am considerate of your space.
I usually do not have guests over as I am a busy bee. On my spare time, I love to spend it with family and friends. Definitely enjoy binge watching Netflix with a latte, cider, or glass of wine. My hobbies include photography, music, going out to restaurants, and experiencing new adventures and opportunities.
