Fully furnished room + washer & dryer + jacuzzi bath tub. Available January 1 maybe sooner. Its a 3 bedroom shared with my room mate (Angela) and I (Mayra 40 yrs old). This apartment is huge. It is much more spacious than most 3 bedrooms.. I'm a start up entrepreneur and work from home, but I live in my room and am usually out networking so you will barely see me. My roomate is better known as the ghost, since you rarely see her Aand you never know if she?s in there and you never know if she?s in there.

Use of kitchen, we provide pots, pans, dishes utensils, no dishes are to be left in the sink so please just make sure to put in dishwasher before you leave the kitchen.

We all help in cleaning the apartment. You and the other roommate are responsible for cleaning the main bathroom.
You're responsible for your own toliet paper, napkins, paper towels, & cleaning supplies. Not bad right.

The apartment is in excellent condition.

Living room has tv + dvd''s available to use if you want to relax in the living room.

We are really cool so we can all be friends and hang out or if you are more quiet and shy you can keep to yourself we won't bother you.

This is a quiet tree lined street. 2 blocks from Kissena park with a lake, bike route, basketball courts, handball courts, baseball field, tennis courts, etc.
6 blocks from Flushing Hospital. We tend to get interns or doctors that rent the room, but anyone is welcome.

Located at 159th street and 45ave
The Q65, Q26, and Q27 are onle block away they take you on a 5 minute bus ride to the #7 train (Main Street Flushing). If you walk it's 25 blocks. About a 15-20 minute walk, some blocks are really short.
The LIRR Long Island Railroad is 10 blocks away.
