Master BR semifurnished w/ Private Bathroom/Shower

Hi! We're looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom with private bathroom, and closet. You will also have access to a shared closet that holds miscellaneous items (reusable bags, paper towels, etc)
Generally speaking, we're very communicative and direct, and we expect the same from you. If we become friends - great, but we don't need to be. However, I do request mutual respect. Must be punctual with payments and will need to see proof of income.

*ABOUT US* My wife and I are both full-time employees in the healthcare field and NYC government. Generally speaking, we are clean, fun, friendly, quiet, and an easygoing couple, and we know how to respect privacy.

If we feel this is a good fit, we will have an agreement drafted and notarized.

*Located in Downtown Flushing, Queens*

*AMENITIES IN THE ROOM* Private bathroom/shower, mini-fridge, and closet. There's also a shared closet right outside of room for miscellaneous items. Semi-furnishments include: Minifridge, air conditioner (Ignore what I said in the video. You WILL have an AC), and metal wire shelf (can hold items, books, pictures, accessories, etc). The shelf isn't in the pictures, but we do have one for you, should you be interested. We also have a bedframe for a queen-size bed, so all you'd need to do is buy the mattress.

*FURTHER AMENITIES* Cable, internet, electric (to be discussed), shared kitchen usage (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator) and washing machines and dryers in the basement for laundry (washers and dryers are part of the apartment building. You would have to pay for this, washing/dryer machine costs are similar to your local laundromat).

*TRANSPORTATION* 5 minute walk to Main Street, numerous buses, LIRR train, the 7 train (which can/will take you into the city in 20-30min) and/or connect you to the most of the letter trains on Queensboro Plaza (N/W) and on 74th st (E/F/M/R). Walking distance to malls, supermarkets, the public library, and local laundromats if one doesn't feel like using the washers/dryers in the building.
*Public MTA buses nearby (All public transportation within a 10-min walk or less): Q12, Q13, Q16, Q17, Q19, Q20A/B, Q25, Q27, Q28, Q34, Q44-SBS, Q48, Q50, Q58, Q65, Q66, N20G

*These are the lines before the MTA started the Queens redesign bus map. But essentially, there are buses that you can take you anywhere from Flushing to: Bayside, College Point, Corona, Elmhurst, Fresh Meadows, Jackson Heights, LGA/JFK, Little Neck, Rego Park, Whitestone.
The NICE buses (orange/white colored N-line buses) will take you into Nassau County, Long Island.

*THE NEIGHBORHOOD* Our apartment is in the heart of Downtown Flushing, nearby tons of local restaurants, department stores, supermarkets (H-Mart/J-Mart/Stop & Shop/GW), malls (BJs/Target/Bath & Body Works/Footlocker/Adidas/Nike/Old Navy/Marshalls/Sephora/etc), cafe/bakeries, local gym/pool, 4D movie theatre, all within walking distance. If you're unfamiliar with Flushing, we can certainly give you a mini-tour of the hidden gems. Rest assured, while we're in the heart of downtown Flushing, it is fairly quiet around our home.

*OUR PREFERENCES* Looking for a responsible, peaceful and tidy working person (Males only) with a reliable source of income. At least 30 years old, no children, no pets, no couples and no sleepovers. We have absolutely no problems with you having a significant other and that person visiting, but no sleepovers. And absolutely no smokers.

Car parking on the street is a nightmare. There are options for either paying for a spot at a private parking lot across the street from our building, or the municipal lot about 2 blocks down, starting at $6/hour with the price going down as you pay for more hours ($6 for 1 hour, $11 for 2 hours, etc)
