This is not a full rental of the entire place. Rent will be split– 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment

Looking for a male roommate to share a clean, comfortable apartment located in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the A train and 25 minutes to the LIRR. You’ll also be just 6 minutes from the bay, 8 minutes from a large park, 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store, and 25 minutes from the beach—perfect for nature lovers or those who enjoy staying active.

The apartment features a leather couch, full dining room set, and a well-equipped kitchen with two sinks, two stove tops, two ovens, private bedroom, and generous storage space. A dishwasher is also included for convenience. Laundry is tenant-owned but available for your use.

You’ll have access to storage in your bedroom closet as well as a shared coat closet in the living room. Utilities are included (except internet), and parking is usually easy to find in the area. The building is quiet, with respectful neighbors, and I plan to install mini-split AC units soon for added comfort.
