Shared kitchen and bathroom (bath | shower combo).
No on-site laundry, I use a free pick-up and drop off service.
A little about me: I’m very clean and organized, and I value the same in a roommate. I typically wind down around 11:30 pm and start my day around 8 am. As a result, I’d prefer someone with a similar schedule.
My partner stays over several days a week, but we also have a secondary apartment that we spend time in. We have a indoor/outdoor cat named Snicks, so you’d need to be okay with cats.
