Lease Takeover – Spacious Private Room in Elmhurst

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a large private bedroom in a 3b2b apartment in Elmhurst.
The apartment is in a super convenient location — only a 10-second walk from the R/M subway station, and you can get to Times Square in about 28 minutes with no transfers!

Furniture can also be taken over for an additional cost. I’d especially prefer someone who is interested in taking over the furniture as well!
💰 Rent & Utilities
Rent: $1,263.09/month (All utilities included except Electricity)
Utilities:
Electricity: approximately $40–100/month, depending on the season
Wi-Fi: $21.60/month
📅 Lease Details
Lease term: October 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Earlier move-in (9/20~30) may also be possible if needed.

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
3 people total in the apartment
You’ll share a bathroom with only one female roommate
The roommate in the master bedroom has their own bathroom
The living room is quite small, but we occasionally use it for meals
Everyone usually spends most of their time in their own rooms, so the apartment is generally quiet and independent
The current roommates are females in their mid-to-late 20s / One is a graduate student / One has graduated from graduate school and works as an artist
They’re both very kind, friendly, and easygoing!
None of us cooks very often, so the kitchen is usually pretty quiet as well 🙂
No Pets / No Drug / No Parties
