Just renovated BIG ROOM with closet and three windows, in third building floor, with elevator.
Located in Elmhurst Queens, close to 7 Train (90th St Station) or R and M Trains (Elmhurst Ave. Station)
One bathroom and one kitchen (shared). No Living room.
One couple live in other bedroom and one adult lady in the other one, (this last one just live 3 days a week in the apartment). Basically you will share with a couple most of the time.
All of them are adult, quiet, clean and very respectful.
No drink, no smoke in the apartment is allowed.
Gas and Heat are included, you just will pay portion of the electric bill.
No rental fee. You need ID and proof of income.
