**Male Roommate Wanted – Jackson Heights / Elmhurst, Queens (March 1 Move-In)**

Hi! We’re looking for a third roommate to join our third-floor apartment in Jackson Heights / Elmhurst, Queens starting **March 1st**.

I’m 29 🇵🇷♒️work as an educator during the day. It’s currently myself and one other roommate (50 bartender 🇪🇨 is rarely home), so the apartment is generally calm and low-traffic. I’m usually home in the evenings and like to work on music recording (not too loud).

**About the space:**

* Third-floor apartment in a private home
* The landlord’s mother lives below us, so we’re looking for someone who is mindful about noise (no heavy-footed walking or late-night loud music)
* The kitchen is shared between the three of us
* You and I would share the bathroom
* I make art in the living room, so there’s a creative, cozy vibe to the space
