Hi my roomate and I are currently looking for a 3rd roomate. FEMALE PREFERRED please.
This is a very large and beautiful unit in woodside area. It has easy access to transportation with the 7 train subway just a couple minutes away.

We prefer someone in their 20s who’s respectful and kind. We are very laid back people as well and will respect your privacy and space. overnight guests are welcome as long as they’re respectful too!

The room can fit a full size/ queen size bed and comes with a closet space. This room is a little smaller then the other two bedrooms so the rent would be lower as well. Utilities would be split 3 ways.

We both work professionally and I do work a night life, so i’m not very home often. Please message me only if you’re serious about moving in and being possible roommates !!!
