Small furnished space in my apartment

Hi I’m looking for a responsible and clean person who would like to share a furnished space in my apartment. I use it as an office space but am opening it up for a new roommate. Includes utilities including wifi but no kitchen stove use except for small portable electric stove. Place is pretty cozy and I tend to keep things tidy and organized. You do not have to worry about cleaning except maintain kitchen sink clean, your room clean and disposing of your garbage appropriately. Keep the bathroom clean is all I ask for.

Room furnished with sofa bed, TV with fire stick, computer desk and bookcase. Computer, printer, scanner, clothing and things on the shelf are not included.

As for schedules I am an early bird so this is ideal for person who only needs a place to rest or a student. I am currently in school taking some courses. I am out most of the day but on occasion work from home. I am a photographer and assistant to a variety of clients.

I can be a night owl but tend to keep things pretty quiet during the evening if that is the case. I also avoid bringing the party home so ideally this is not the best place to have guests over. Of course that can be talked about. I do ask for a commitment of six months to a one year. No drugs or heavy alcohol use.

Near all public transit and lots of food and local supermarkets. Laundromat is one minute walk. 35 min direct train ride to Grand Central. 25 min car to LGA airport and 45 min car to JFK airport
