Seeking a responsible, clean, and quiet roommate. Currently, there is me and another roommate living here and we are seeking a roommate that values cleanliness, isn't too loud, communication, and cleans up after themselves in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.

It’s a room with a share bathroom and kitchen. There’s no living space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. There’s also laundromats around the area. The R and M trains are close by and there are several bus routes available.

The rent is $850 +800 deposit to move in. The landlord wants the rent in cash each month.

The utilities are shared amongst us In the house. WiFi and electricity. Which is an extra $70-100+ depending on the season and such.
