Private Bedroom near Malls and Juniper Park

The place
3 BR 2 BA Condo unit located in Queens. Walking distance to Woodhaven Blvd M/R train station (5m), Queens Mall (6m), CostCo (13m), and 55-acre Juniper Park (14m). 27min MTA ride or 10min drive into the city. Has an elevator, in-unit W/D, dishwasher, outdoor balcony, and rooftop terrace access.

You get a private 9’9 x 11’2 bedroom with closet, eastern facing window with HVAC, shared living room/kitchen, and a shared bathroom with one other roomie. We’ll split electricity and gas; the internet is free.

The roommates
Me: Laid back and generally introverted at home. I work a regular hybrid schedule. During weekdays I like to unwind by listening to podcasts/music or playing video games till 11-12PM bedtime. On weekends I'm usually out hooping and hanging with friends. I try to maintain a clean functional space, and only cook on occasion (got a sick microwave game though).

Her - extroverted and sociable. She works on a hybrid schedule in the production business, and occasionally has her partner, friends, or family over. Occasionally cooks.

Our potential roomie
Is tidy (shoes off please), respectful, and can communicate. When any issues arise, we’ll have a conversation and work it out together. Ideally looking for someone who works in the office, and isn't a huge cook (our kitchen is tiny >.<).
Currently looking for a 9-month lease from April 2026 through December 2026, with possibility of extending further.
