1 room available in clean, cozy apartment

1 small cozy room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Elmhurst, NY, move in date July 1st?$600/month + utilities (gas, electricity and internet about $100+/month) and $600 security deposit?

A little about me: I?m in my mid 20?s and I currently work for a media company. I like to bake from time to time, so if you like sweets, prepare for a lot of taste tests! I?ve lived in this apartment with several other lovely roommates for about 5 years and will be taking over the lease this year (beginning in June). I?m looking for someone who is interested in staying ideally until June 2021.?

The apartment was newly renovated when I first moved in and is still in great condition! It?s on the 3rd floor (walkup unfortunately, but just two short flights of stairs!) of a relatively quiet neighborhood. The laundromat is one block away and we?re about a 10 minute walk to several different supermarkets in the neighborhood, as well as delis and bodegas and a LOT of bubble tea spots. There are also two malls nearby, the Queens Center Mall and Queens Mall with a well stocked Target. We also have a public library only a few blocks away and plenty of amazing food spots around.? We?re about a 10 minute walk from the subway (the M & R line), but we?re also 2 stops away from Roosevelt Ave with connections to the E, F, & 7 train. There?s also a bus nearby that can take you to Rockaway Beach in about an hour (though we?ll probably not be able to go this summer :/)

Some things to note about this room: There is no closet in this room, but you can store the majority of your things (non-essentials) in our shared closet next to the living room. My roommate who currently occupies this room is also looking to sell her wardrobe and futon bed (shown in pics) Please let me know if you?re interested in purchasing any of these items from her, and we can leave those for you.?

I?m looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and can pay rent on time. Females only, and sadly no pets. The utilities are split evenly by 3 and can range from about $80/month (when there?s little gas/electricity use) to up to about $120/month (usually during the winter and summer months when the AC and heating is blasting).?
