- 1st month security deposit of $795 required BEFORE move-in day ( CASH only )
- Utilities fee $55/m including WIFI
( If you install AC, there will be an extra charge during the summer. )

- Credit Score ( Above 700 )
- Some paper works will be required prior to moving in
