Room for Rent – Quiet & Respectful Person Preferred

Private room available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with balcony. I’m a single mom living with my newborn, so I’m looking for someone (preferably women) quiet, clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces.

This would be a great fit for someone who keeps a low-key lifestyle and mostly uses their room and bathroom. Light kitchen use is okay, but ideally looking for someone who doesn’t use common areas heavily, as I’m trying to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for the baby.
