We’re looking for a 2nd roommate for our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, apartment in East Elmhurst. The room is available starting December 1. Minimum 12-month lease commitment.

The Room:

$1,200/month rent. First month and a security deposit to move in. All utilities are part of the rent, including electricity, heat, cooking gas, hot/cold water and high speed internet.

The Apartment:

2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, high ceilings and hardwood floors. High End Finishes. New Floors, Doors, Kitchen, Granite, Stainless Steel Appliances, Spot Lights, Video Intercom, Security Cameras. Located on a quiet street. There is a flat screen TV in the living room.

The apartment has a well-lit and spacious kitchen/common area, and there is plenty of cabinet and shelf space for dry food, etc.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, level-headed, respectful, clean, and communicates well. We want to maintain a relaxed, positive environment.

The Neighborhood:

Awesome neighborhood, very diverse, with tons of grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a 24 hours supermarket a block away. The street is well lit, quite and clean.

Currently occupied by 1 male, who is at work from 9am - 6pm daily.
1 year lease commitment minimum.
Need to make at least $46,000 per year.

Must have references.
