- We’re uncommonly easy to get along with, but we are only considering professional women who'll wear headphones for phone calls and entertainment between 10:30pm and 7:30am.

- Room has two windows, one south facing and one west facing
- Room dimensions: 12’9” x 8’9”’, plus you have a private hallway inside the room that is 4’7” x 3’, plus a normal size closet in the wall
- Laundromat across the street.
- It's a 12 minute walk to the N/W trains (Astoria/Ditmars Blvd stop).
- It's a 15 ride to Manhattan on N/W train. Train leaves every 5 minutes weekday mornings.
- It’s 2 blocks to a Q100 express bus stop.

Note: You’ll have your own private bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, but including yourself there’ll be 4 occupants (2 female and 2 male); I sleep in the living room; my bed is hidden behind furniture (file cabinets, etc.) and the lease is in my name.
