Large bedroom (fits Queen or King) available in 3BR apt in Ditmars-Steinway area with LARGE PRIVATE BACKYARD, patio, grill and storage shed. Washer/dryer in unit, in-room heat/ac in each room.

Can leave dresser, bed frame and desk, if needed. Available 2/1, but can move in earlier if needed.

I am moving out of state which is why I need someone to take over the lease. Lease would be month-to-month and you just have to find someone to take over your spot on it if you want to move, unless everyone moves out at the same time.

About the roommates: two male roommates in their early thirties. One roommate works from home and other roommate works as a manager so his hours vary.

Roommates are pretty easy going, everyone cleans up after themselves and are respectful of one another. Ultimately looking for a roommate that is respectful, clean in common spaces and can enjoy sitting back and relaxing.
