The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The building has a live-in super and elevator. The laundry room is next building over accessible to all 3 neighboring buildings.

The building is a few blocks away from the E/F train and Q20/Q44/Q60/ and X68 buses.

The apartment is blocks from hospitals, supermarket, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, Queens public library, hair salons, and banks.

Nice, quiet, and safe tree-lined neighborhood walking distance from Queens Boulevard.

The room is available starting the beginning of March or end of this Month, but I am flexible on a move-in date.

Looking for a roommate that is considerate, friendly, clean and responsible.

Please note that a friendly house-broken poodle lives in the apartment you will not need to interact at all with him.
