I have 1 room left, furnished perfect for a pilot/steward/student. Room is in a house in beautiful Bayside Queens. Quiet, safe tree lined street with plenty of parking. Walking distance to LIRR (25 min to GCS), QM20 to midtown, Q28, 15 minute drive to LGA and 20-25 minutes to JFK airport. Close to colleges in NYC area (12 min drive to St John’s, 20minutes to Queens college and 25 minutes to York college). Close to restaurants, shops, barber, laundromat, gyms, post office etc.. in Bell blvd, Northern blvd, Francis Lewis Blvd and Utopia blvd.

In the first floor of house, we’ll be sharing the furnished foyer, living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full 2nd bathroom, and backyard with basketball hoop, and grill for summer.

A/c available for an additional $50/mo.

It’s a big house and rooms are big also you have plenty of room to sprawl out not just in your room.
You must be chill, cleans up after self, will help cleaning shared areas, respectful of the others; agree to credit and background check, steady income with ability to pay on time.
