It's located near the intersection of Northern Blvd and The Clearview Expressway. You would share a modern apt with two other guys. It's a very nice home and neighborhood. Walk to LIRR bus to the 7 train. I'm asking $900 + . 1 month security. We are both clean and quiet and what I call 'normal'. Parking is easy on the street with no alternate street rules.
