Housemate Wanted in Bayside

I (female, 30) am looking for a female housemate to rent a beautiful room in a fully furnished house in Bayside, Queens.

It's the best of both worlds here, hiking trails nearby while still having easy access to Manhattan. There’s also really easy access to the Northwell Hospitals so I’ve had several med students and residents as roommates in the past.

Plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars nearby on Bell Blvd and in downtown Flushing.

Your space includes: TV in your room, walk-in closet, private bathroom, heated floors in the winter, Central A/C in the summer.

Utilities: Utilities and internet are not included in rent. It comes out to around $240 per person total, but cost is dependent on usage.

Shared Space: Full kitchen, dining space, and living room. There's a washer and dryer in the basement. Large backyard, with space for planting a kitchen garden.

Public Transportation: 15 minute walk to the LIRR. 5 min walk to the Q12, Q27, or the express buses so there's easy access to get into Manhattan. The house is also right near the major highways so getting out to Long Island is a breeze.

Ample street parking with no alternate side days.
