Hey, we're two 20-something women renting out a room in Bayside, Queens! The room is large enough to fit a full-sized bed and has a decent-sized closet. The apartment itself is just off Bell Boulevard, which is full of restaurants and shops (most have takeout) with the LIRR just a five-minute walk away. In fact, via the LIRR, you can get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. There's also a wonderful park just a ten-minute walk away! Fort Totten is also just a half-hour bus ride from here.
We're seeking a clean roommate who's not loud at night. Pets are welcome, though one of us does have a cat, so the pet would have to be able to get along with said cat.
