I am looking for a female roommate to rent a beautiful room in Bayside, Queens, with a window that overlooks a lake. There are nature trails nearby. It's the best of both worlds here, a bit of outdoors while still living in NYC.

Your space includes: TV in your room, walk-in closet, private bathroom, utilities, Internet, heated floors in the winter, Central A/C in the summer.

Shared Space: Kitchen and living room. I have someone come in every other week to clean the shared space and my rooms. If you want cleaning service for your bathroom and bedroom as well that can be arranged for an additional fee. There's a washer and dryer in the basement.

Pets: I have a rabbit that lives with me. She stays in a small room upstairs the majority of the time. She's litter trained, fairly quiet, and the space she is in is kept neat and clean so there are no odors.

Public Transportation: 15 minute walk to the railroad. 5 min walk to the Q12 or the Q27 so there's easy access to get into Manhattan.

Ample parking. Seriously, street parking everywhere.
