-5 min walk from the subway, 4 grocery stores, a fruit/veg market, barber shops, pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants
-Current roommate has a ~1-2 y/o orange cat named Pablo. He’s chill.
-Apartment has east (living room) and west (bedroom) facing windows

If you’re worried about proximity to the train (see images), it’s not bad. Bedrooms are on the back side of the apartment.

We’ve been here for 3 years and have really enjoyed our time in this apartment.
