Looking for a Roommate for a Great Apartment

We're two people looking for a new roommate for a great 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria.

We have an unfurnished room available for November 1st.

About the Room and the Apartment:

Your rent is $1250/month, all utilities/Internet included.
Nice-sized bedroom (13' x 11') with hardwood floors and a large closet.
Large living room with lots of windows, gets great light. Spacious kitchen.

Apartment is a 10-minute walk to the N/W (Astoria Blvd. stop) and a 15-minute train ride to midtown Manhattan.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to laundromats, 15-minute walk to Astoria Park.
Great bars and restaurants in the area: 5-minute walk to the Bohemian Beer Garden, 10-minute walk to The Bonnie, 15-minute walk to Ditmars Blvd.

About Us:

We are a man and a woman in our 50s. We're probably two of the coolest 50-year-olds that you’ve ever met, but we're still in our 50s.

We're not a couple. We're friends, but we have our own lives and do our own things.

We are pretty low-key, respectful, and generally quiet.

We both work full-time jobs from home.

We are looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, reliable, financially stable, gainfully employed, clean, unselfish, and considerate.

Most importantly, you will respect your roommates, respect our home, and not treat your half of the apartment like a studio.

No smoking in the apartment, no pets,
