I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in quaint and beautiful Astoria. A very convenient location in NYC, with pretty much everything you need just a few minutes away.

The apartment was renovated a few years ago and is in excellent condition. You're not required to come check it out in person, but the landlord expects it to prevent any buyer’s remorse.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE VIBE:

I'm looking for someone clean, respectful, easygoing, and responsible. Ideally, a working professional with stable income, good credit, and good habits.

I'm a current law student, into sports, board and video games, trash tv, movies, geography, geopolíticas, and staying active, so having some common interests would be cool. I'm always down to hang out, share a meal or grab a drink, or have a good conversation if we vibe, but I also appreciate personal space and independence.

I want this apartment to feel like home. A peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming space after a long day. Good energy, good communication, and mutual respect please.

I like to host house parties roughly every 3-4 months with respectful, considerate, trustworthy, and kind friends. No smoking indoors. Landlord may be open to a cat, however I am allergic, so my preference is no pets.

1-year lease - private landlord, very kind and reasonable person.

Rent: $1,350/month (includes heating/cooking gas and electricity)

Security deposit: $1,350

Utilities: Wi-fi $35/month

Lease starts: November 1, 2026, expires October 31, 2027.

Requirements: Proof of current and stable employment, $60k+ annual income, min 650 credit score, and 4-6 recent pay stubs.
