I’m moving out of my apartment and looking for a new female roommate to take over my room!

You’ll be living with my current roommate, who is super lovely, friendly, and easy to live with. She works from home on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, usually from the living room, so she’s looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and enjoys a calm home environment.

The apartment is fully furnished, so you won’t need to worry about buying furniture. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need.

Utilities: electricity, gas & internet are shared between the two roommates. They’re approximately $140/month in winter and $260/month in summer total, split between the two of you.

You’ll be able to come see the apartment and meet your future roommate before deciding 😊
