Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to resign my 1 year lease in my 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria! My roommate from the last 4 years is moving out and I’d love to have someone confirmed by the end of the month for December 1st move in.

Lease duration: 12/1/26 - 11/30/27
Rent: $1519.50 / month / person (+ same amount deposit)
Utilities: $80-90 / month / person (wifi & electricity)

About me: I’m a French-American 27 year old video producer working in advertising.

I’m looking for someone communicative, clean and queer friendly. My goal is to keep a calm and cozy home environment and to make this lovely home as much mine as yours.
