I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate female roommate to share my home in Astoria, Queens.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference, and has access to its own private entrance, offering a nice balance of privacy while still sharing a home. There is also additional storage space available.

The apartment is in a great, residential part of Astoria, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and neighborhood spots nearby.

* 7–10 minute walk to the Ditmars Blvd N/W subway
* 20-minute walk to Astoria Park or about 10 minutes by bus
* About a 10-minute bus ride to the M/R trains on Steinway
* Plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences within walking distance

A little about me: I’m a mental health coach who works from home. When I’m not working, I’m out exploring the city, taking long walks, catching up with friends or unwinding at home with a good book, a film, music, or cooking.

Because home is both my workspace and where I come to recharge, I’m looking for someone who works primarily outside the home. Limited work-from-home (1–2 days a week) may be possible depending on schedules and overall fit.

I really value cleanliness, open communication, mutual respect, and being thoughtful about shared spaces. I’m looking for someone who values the same and appreciates a peaceful, comfortable home where we can both unwind, recharge, and have our own space.
