Hello! My name is Dan (29 year old male) and I’m currently in search of a third roommate to move in with me and my friend Liz (22 year old female)! We are very easy going people who both work in the service industry and go to school. Being that we work in service we both work late hours so that’s something to keep in mind. We’re mainly looking for someone who is clean, quiet and doesn’t work from home (no offense but we’re looking for someone who won’t be home 24/7). The apartment is situated a block away from Astoria park and the waterfront, it is quiet and very neighborly. The move in date is the first of October and you’ll be taking over a lease that ends on the first of February, resigning will be discussed closer to that date.
