Large Bedroom for Sublet in Sunny 2Bed/2BA in Asto

Hello!
I'm subletting my roommates bedroom in my beautiful Astoria apartment starting as early as Oct 1 and as late as Nov 1 ! Start date is flexible and am looking for someone who could commit to at least 2 months (open to longer as well)

About the Space:
The apartment is a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt with lots of natural light and beautiful hardwood floors. The apartment is renovated with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and you would have your own full bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk, TV, and small dresser. There is a very large closet with ample storage as well! Only a 5 min walk from the subway!

Accessibility Note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story walk up.

What I'm looking for:
Looking to share space with someone who is easy going, tidy, cat-friendly and who shares progressive values :-)

About Me:

I'm a cis-woman in my mid 30s. I work from home in the human rights field and have 2 adorable cats. I'm pretty active and social and prefer socializing outside my home so am out a fair amount but enjoy relaxing and recharging at home. I love to cook and bake, and am always happy to share a meal!
