I’m looking for someone who is a non-smoker, considerate, extremely clean, easygoing, and respectful of the apartment and shared spaces. This is a peaceful home—not a party environment. I value privacy and would prefer someone who does not host parties, have frequent visitors, or bring home overnight guests after a night out.
