Hello everyone! I'm posting on behalf of a new tenant of the same building I leave who is renting an small room unfurnished ,and is which is located inside of 3 beds Apt all privates .Nice neighborhood of Astoria surrounded with multicultural restaurants, nice cafeterias, gyms ,parks with sport and cultural activities. A walk away from Costco! Trains to take are N, W, to Broadway Stop. Busses to take are Q104 to ( N, W station) Q103 on Vernon Blv which is 1 block from the place and B62 on 21 St to Court Square . Q69, Q100 on 21 St to Queen Boro Plaza and F train station on 21 Street-Queen bridge. And there is ferry transportation for people who commute to East side Manhattan .Astoria Park is minute away and Socrates park is one block from the place besides the nice water view and the little beach to relax . As a plus we have bicycle or scooter storage back of the building.-Background check is required by the Landlord. Required 1 month rent+ 1month deposit.
