Roommate wanted in apartment in Astoria, Queens

Unfortunately I have to move out of my room in my lovely apartment in Astoria, so I'm looking for a thoughtful person to take my spot starting from Sep. 1st.

The room is a bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on a quiet street in Astoria. The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor walk-up. You would share the apartment with three other people. One room is a young guy who is a comedian and managers a nearby restaurant and the other room has an older couple. Everyone is near and keeps to themselves. One roommate has a cat that mostly stays in his room.

The building is about 10 minutes from the subway station (M/R trains) and near many local shops, restaurants and bars. There're also multiple supermarkets nearby. Astoria has a big bike culture, so plenty of cycling lanes. It's quick to get into Manhattan for work (about 30-40 minutes to Midtown) but also has enough amenities for people who want to spend the weekend exploring the area.

I've lived here for 2 years and am only moving out because I'm leaving the city. The sublet goes from Sep 1 to Dec. 31 with the opportunity to renew for a year after that.
