- This apartment is a 10 minute walk from the 30 ave station which features the yellow line of N/W/Q/R.

- Numerous grocery shops within a 5-20 minute walking distance. (C-Town Supermarket, Tradefair, Astoria Marketplace, Key Foods)

- A laundromat within a 2-3 minute walking distance. (Crescent laundromat)
