Large, bright bedroom available in a clean and well-maintained 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria. This is one of the larger rooms in the apartment with plenty of space for a bed, dresser, desk, and other furniture.

📍 Great location: About 10 minutes from the 30th Ave N/W and Steinway R/M stops, with plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and other conveniences nearby. There is also a laundromat directly across the street.

Apartment & household:
2 women currently live in the apartment
One works fully in person and the other works a hybrid schedule
Clean, peaceful, and respectful household
There is a 10-month-old kitten, so no other pets and you must be comfortable living with cats
Utilities are not included

Room:
The current roommate is also selling the bed frame + mattress, which have only been lightly used for about 5 months. The furniture is available to purchase separately if interested.

Looking for:
A mature, respectful, clean, responsible, and considerate roommate who understands that shared spaces need to be kept clean and treated with care. Please be someone who cleans up after themselves, communicates respectfully, and is mindful of the other people living in the apartment.
