Unfurnished private bedroom available in a spacious three-bedroom apartment near Astoria Park and the waterfront.

Although the apartment has three bedrooms, only two people total will be living here—you and me. The third bedroom will not be rented out and can be used as a shared office, so you’ll have much more privacy, storage and common space than in a typical three-bedroom share.

The apartment has a large kitchen and a very spacious living room, with plenty of room to relax, work from home or have friends over occasionally.

Location

The apartment is located near Astoria Park and just steps from the waterfront. It’s a great area for walking, running, biking, relaxing by the water or spending time in the park. I use the outdoor track pretty frequently.

The location is also a particularly good fit for someone who has a car and wants to live in Astoria while avoiding the congestion of busier parts of the neighborhood.

About the household

You would be sharing the apartment with only one roommate. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, financially responsible and communicates well.

This would be a great fit for someone who values privacy, plenty of living space, outdoor space and a relaxed home environment.
