Renovated Astoria Townhouse Sublet August

I'm looking for someone to sublet a private furnished room in this shared apartment for the month of August!

The apartment is a nicely renovated 3 bed, 1 bathroom Astoria townhouse with shared living and kitchen spaces. The room is move-in ready and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, rolling clothing rack, dresser and black out curtains. The kitchen, bathroom and and living room are all fully furnished and shared.

The room is privately located in the back of the apartment and faces both an internal courtyard and back to the private garden. The flat has built-in heating and AC and a beautiful rooftop with views of Manhattan.

You are one block away from a bus that connects to 21st/Queensbridge station, and both the N/W and M are around a 15 minute walk away. Citi Bike stations are also on the block. The area is super quiet and neighbourhoody and feels very safe and comfortable.

The two flatmates are both male and in their mid to late 20s. You would be sharing the apartment with them.

Screening requirements (per building/landlord policy):

Proof of income at 40x monthly rent (~$56,000/year gross)
Proof of 8 months' rent in savings or other liquid reserves
Credit report with no late payments
Cosigners accepted if: NY State resident, earns 70x monthly rent, excellent credit, 12 months' rent in reserves
All applicants (and any cosigner) must pass a background check (criminal, credit, eviction history) — $47/person, paid by applicant
Final landlord approval required after prescreening
