A quiet, considerate, female-identifying roommate wanted! King-sized room in a 2.5-bedroom, 1.5-bath elevator building near the N/W train in Astoria.

Security deposit, first month's rent, and two paystubs required. 12-month lease preferred but open to anything longer than 6. Can come furnished with negotiation.

The other bedroom is occupied by me, a college professor. I have lived here for 3 years. You and I will share a large living room, balcony, kitchen, and flex-room. This flex-room is a shared home office and occasional guest room. Also, both roommates have their own bathrooms, but the shower/tub is shared.
