my beautiful bedroom in the heart of Astoria on 30th Ave is available July 15. I absolutely love this apartment and more so this location, it’s so incredibly perfect and close to everything you could need (incredible food, coffee, grocery, laundry, bars, park, pharmacy, etc). 5 subway stops to lex and 59th st in midtown. 6 min walk to the N/W train, 13 mins to the M/R. M60 bus to LGA is 15 mins away. 5-10 min drive to the RFK bridge and major highways.

I’ve lived in this apartment for 3.5 yrs, 2 of them in this room! it is 8’x12’ and has a southern exposure large window, closet, and plenty of space for a full size bed (included) and furniture. chores are on a schedule with the roommates, all that is asked is you are courteous with your time in the kitchen/bathroom and clean up after yourself. room prices are prorated by square footage. 3rd floor walk up, top floor. parking on the street if you drive. bathroom, living room, and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked.

you would move in on a sublet basis from july 15 to sept 1 and resign for the year starting sept 1. landlord is very responsive to issues and usually sends plumbers/etc to fix issues within the day and always notifies us when she has to stop by.

landlord requires good financial standing of a yearly income of 40x the rent ($38,200) or a guarantor with a yearly income 80x the rent ($76,400). she also requires credit checks (score over 700), paystub/bank statement submissions, and references.
