You will be taking the big room on the second floor with a door connected to the bathroom, making it a semi suite, that will be shared with one other roomate. On the first floor there’s a big living room, a big kitchen and the backyard.

Room is partially furnished, the bed is new and I’m willing to sell it to the next person who will be taking the room.

10min walk to Astoria-Ditmars N train station

We are looking for someone clean, organize and resrpectful of other people’s space. Rent is $1450 ( +1450 deposit) and utilities cost around $80dolars( eletricity and internet).

Move in date: from July 6th until the end of the month, but sooner is preferred.
