Room for rent in Astoria 3 Bedroom

We are two guys looking to fill our third bedroom.
It is a roughly 100 square foot bedroom w/ one window facing our private backyard.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a three story building. Our super lives close by. We have a private backyard that is accessed through our kitchen. The backyard has a garden, grill and lots of seating for hanging out and BBQs.

It is a quiet street that has everything you would need in a short walking distance. Grocery, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, post office, library are all really close. We are just off Steinway and 30th Ave.

I am Mark and my roommate is PJ. We are both very quiet and chill these days. We both do a lot of cooking. In the nice weather we like to fire up the grill and have barbecues in the backyard.

Apartment has Fios Internet/No cable
Heat and hot water are included. Internet, electricity, and basic shared supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) would be split evenly.

We are looking for a roommate to sign a new 12 month lease w/ us pending approval from the landlord.
